Our Osteopaths
Tim Baker
Tim first came to Dundee to study physiology at the University of Dundee. After gaining an Honours degree he stayed on to complete a Masters degree in medical biophysics where he was involved in some cancer research.
He studied for his osteopathic qualification at the College of Osteopaths in London before setting up the West End Osteopathic Clinic in 1985. In 1993 the Osteopaths Bill received Royal assent and the machinery to set up a state register of osteopaths was set in motion. The register opened on 9th May 1998 and Tim was one of the first osteopaths in Scotland to be ‘state registered’.
Tim has also completed his naturopathic qualifications and is a Registered Naturopathic Physician practicing naturopathic and nutritional medicine in addition to osteopathy.
